Among 12 identical looking wallyball in a room. 11 wallyballs from them are of same weight. There is one wallyball that is defective in slight weight. Nobady identify it by just seem to it. It is either heavier or lighter than other 11 wallyballs. You have a weighting balance. You can only weigh 3 times to find out which wallyball is defective and whether it is heavier or lighter.
