Samsung has once again expanded its line of hard drives with the introduction of the Spinpoint F4. Coming in 3.5-inch form factor, this new 320GB drive features a SATA 3.0 Gbps interface, an 8MB or 16MB of buffer memory and offers a working speed of 7200 RPM. Not to mention, the drive also uses all the latest technologies including SilentSeek and NoiseGuard. The Spinpoint F4 has begun shipping to OEMs, though its price has not been mentioned yet.
